Guests will be held liable if they inflict any damage whilst they are occupying the property.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations giving 3 weeks or more notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations giving less than 3 weeks notice will forfeit the cost of 1 (undiscounted)night of the accommodation.

Cancellations giving less than 96hrs notice will forfeit any cost of the accomodation that cannot be re let with best efforts from the manager.
